Tracking System

The Family Resource Success Center uses the Homeless Information Management System (HIMS). HIMS tracking system is used by agencies serving the homeless and “hard to serve” population. HIMS is the official data collection system for both the County of Essex and the City of Newark governmental agencies. HIMS is used for case management notes, recording the number of people served, type of services provided and client outcomes.
