New Community’s Property Management Department manages all NCC properties built through the development department and with the assistance of Chelsea Construction Management. Property Management oversees all senior homes, family town houses and mid-rise mixed tenancy buildings.

New Community Homes for Seniors

These homes are for seniors, handicapped and/or disabled residents and are centrally located near University Hospital, NCC Health Care Complex, Newark Public Library, main post office branch, Federal Social Services Building, The Home Depot, public transportation and shopping centers. Current NCC housing is subject to HUD eligibility standard and Fair Housing regulations.

Applicants must meet the HUD/Owner’s or the Section 42 rules and regulations to become eligible for housing.
