CHELC provides quality care in a rich learning environment for infants through pre-kindergarten located on Irvine Turner Boulevard in Newark.
HHELC provides care and early education for children ages 3 months to 5 years old. It is located on South Orange Avenue in Newark.
The Youth Services Department offers after school programs for students that enhance learning and allow for exploration; enrichment programs; fun special events; and summer camp.
