Community Hills Early Learning Center (CHELC), 85 Irvine Turner Boulevard, Newark, hosted a trunk-or-treat for students on Oct. 31 in observance of Halloween. CHELC staff members and parents decorated the trunks of their cars and handed out treats to the children in the center’s parking lot. It was a fun way to celebrate the holiday.
