Instructor Anthony Forte, right, teaches English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) at the New Community Adult Learning Center at 563 Orange St. in Newark. ESOL classes are held Mondays through Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Classes are available Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Adult Learning Center also offers classes on citizenship, computer skills, GED and free services including health screenings.
