The NCC School of Culinary Arts is an accredited training school that provides occupational training through a seven-month, hands-on instructional program. Students get real experience in the fully equipped commercial kitchen in the NCC Extended Care Center.

Instruction is broad based, including methods of food preparation, kitchen skills, food terminology and equipment, soups, stocks and sauces, cost control, safety, sanitation and nutrition. To fine-tune their training, students complete their training with a 150-hour internship with one of the school’s employment partners.

The NCC School of Culinary Arts has developed relationships with a diverse group of employers including, but not limited to, hotels, restaurants and major food service organizations.
