Proposed Work:
The goal is to make the space a true neighborhood recreation center offering all of the activities for healthy living in a community.
- Add a swimming pool
- Expand classroom space to ultimately have more enrichment classes
- Add fitness center rooms for different types of workouts
- Add dance studio space
- Update roof
- Upgrade HVAC system
