NJ Hope and Healing at the Family Service Bureau of Newark is available to assist communities affected by COVID-19. It is a neighbor helping neighbor team, providing the following services for the weeks of April 11 and 18 (click here for flyer):

• Tuesday, April 12 at 6 p.m.: Self Care
• Thursday, April 14 at 1:30 p.m.: Self Care
• Tuesday, April 19 at 3 p.m.: Duelo (Grief)
• Tuesday, April 19 at 6 p.m.: Stress Management
• Thursday, April 21 at 1 p.m.: Self Care
