The New Community Adult Learning Center is hosting a new Americans group on Thursday, April 24 from noon to 1 p.m.

The New Jersey Office of New Americans (ONA) is part of the Department of Human Services. Their goal is to help new Americans feel welcome and included in New Jersey.

The ONA offers support through outreach and education. They want to build trust and help new Americans access important services like social support, job training, employment help, and legal assistance. They also work to make sure that new Americans, including those who speak languages other than English, can easily access state programs designed to help them.
