New Community Corporation’s (NCC) Human Resources Department is responsible for interacting with administrative and support staff on a daily basis to ensure a proper employer/employee relationship by way of a comprehensive human resource program.
This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment of qualified applicants, background verification, orientation and employee training, retirement processing, administration of employee benefits, payroll administration, policy development and administration, job classification, compensation and labor market research, employee relations, succession planning, maintenance of personnel records and database (ADP) and the administration of performance evaluation and grievance procedures. Our goal is to foster a positive work environment at NCC.
The Human Resources Department will work strategically in our efforts to support the overall mission of NCC by providing superior customer service to our staff and clients. We will provide leadership and guidance in the areas of development, implementation, and equitable administration of policies and procedures while working together in harmony, fairness, open communication and respect for all.
