New Community’s Youth Services Department will host its annual Halloween Party on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the NCC Neighborhood Center, 56-68 Hayes St., Newark.
Families will enjoy games, prizes, a costume contest and a haunted classroom.
