Students, parents and staff members at Community Hills Early Learning Center (CHELC), 85 Irvine Turner Boulevard, Newark, celebrated Cultural Diversity Day on Feb. 22. Parents and staff members shared information about the countries they or their families are from. Everyone learned about different styles of dress, languages, foods, music and dances from all over the world. Countries included Honduras, Jamaica, Nigeria, Indonesia and the Philippines. It was wonderful to see such a diverse group!
