Protect and serve: The Essex County Sheriff’s Office donated sports equipment, board games, dolls and stuffed animals to the New Community Family Resource Success Center during the holiday season. Many thanks to Sheriff Armando Fontoura and his staff for holding a toy drive that provided gifts to many families in need in the greater Newark area this holiday season. The Family Resource Success Center is a one-stop center that connects individuals to resources within the NCC network as well as to outside agencies.
