Gerald Moses, seated in rocking chair in first row, was a longtime handyman for the Department of Environmental Services at New Community and retired at the end of July. Moses, who worked for Environmental Services for 25 years, received a farewell—complete with cake and ice cream—surrounded by colleagues at the department headquarters.
