Lori Scott-Pickens, far left, director of Community Outreach and Community-Based Learning at Rutgers, led the group of students as they met with Richard Cammarieri, center, director of Special Projects at New Community, at St. Joseph Plaza in Newark. The group also toured various NCC sites.
