Regaining Independence Through Rehab At NCC

The staff of Activa Rehabilitation Services offer a wide range of physical, occupational and speech therapy at the New Community Extended Care Facility. Based on the first floor of NCC’s 180-bed capacity skilled nursing facility, the rehab staff offer residents therapy sessions that are both rigorous and targeted to their individual needs.
