Chelsea has served as the general manager during the construction phase of more than six NCC housing developments, including high rise apartment buildings for seniors, family townhouses and single family homes.
Garden State Affordable Housing
Garden State Affordable Housing, a tax credit fund that provides equity investments for construction of affordable housing in New Jersey. Processed over $70 million in tax credits invested in New Community projects.
Workforce Development Center
