CAMPAIGN To SUPPORT THOSE IN NEEDWhen a fire destroyed the apartment single mother Marie Brinkley shared with her 14-year-old son, they turned to New Community’s Family Resource Center for help. Within a month’s time, they were able to move into a new, two bedroom apartment, thanks to the rental assistance they received from the center. New Community’s programs are making a real difference in the lives of thousands of families, seniors and children every year.
Consider this. The Monsignor William J. Linder Scholarship Fund is paying the tuition of some of the poorest Newark students, allowing them to attend the finest private schools in the area. But your help is needed to help us continue this support, especially during these tough economic times when their families are struggling to make ends meet.
