Online is designed to be easily navigable. As you go through the
site, the navigation bar tracks your movement through the various sections.
At any point you can choose to follow a different path from a previous
section by simply clicking on the word in the navigation bar.
This site is being developed with ultimate compatibility in mind.
You will only be given the enhancements that your browser is capable
of such as sound, video, and animations.
To experience NCC Online to the fullest, please download and install
a Javascript 1.1 capable browser such as Netscape
6.0 or higher or Internet
Explorer 5.0 or higher. NCC Online also requires the Flash
5.0 plugin or higher.
Frequently Asked Technical Questions (FAQ)
1. Why can't I print?
NCC Online uses a Web Browser feature called frames. This allows the
user to navigate the site with the main content in the large top frame
while the location of the page is in the small bottom frame. Notice
that when the user scrolls the large top frame, the bottom frame stays
the same. To print the large top frame, click once anywhere inside the
frame that is not a link. Select "Print" and the large top
frame will be printed. Notice that the small bottom frame containing
the navigation bar is not printed.
2. How do I create a shortcut to this page on my desktop?
Right-click anywhere in the web page. Choose CREATE SHORTCUT. A brief
message will appear asking you to save the shortcut to your desktop.
Choose OK. A shortcut to the web page will be placed on your desktop.
To access the web site, simply double-click on the web page icon on
your desktop.
3. How do I save the current page for viewing later?
There are currently two choices available. You can either choose FILE
---> Save As and save the file to a directory you choose OR you can
click on ADD TO FAVORITES and choose the option "make available
off-line". Enter a filename and choose a destination directory
for that page. That's it! the page is now ready for viewing off-line.Either
of these methods are useful when a user wishes to archive a specific
web page for future reference.
4. How do I save a page that is embedded in a frame?
Simply place your mouse on any area of the page that you wish to save
and right-click to access the menu. Choose the option, SAVE TARGET AS.
Enter a filename and choose a destination directory for that page. That's
it! the page is now ready for viewing off-line.
5. How do I open a link in a new browser window?
Right-click on the link that you wish to open in a new browser window.
Choose OPEN LINK IN NEW WINDOW. The link will launch a new browser window
and will load the page in that window. This feature is particularly
useful when a users wishes to remain in a particular area of a web site
but would like to open a link from that site page.
6. How do I email a picture to a friend?
Select the picture you wish to email. Right-click on the picture and
choose EMAIL PICTURE. Your email client will open and automatically
attach the photo file to your message. You can send the message as normal.
7. How do I save an image I like as wallpaper for my desktop?
Select the picture you wish to save as a background by placing your
mouse over the photo. Right-click and choose SET AS BACKGROUND. The
photo will be placed on your desktop as a background picture.

web site?
