THE PRIORY RESTARAUNT

One of the most creative aspects of St. Joseph Plaza is the Priory Restaurant, housed in serene and elegant atmosphere featuring the church’s original ecclesiastical architecture and the original stained glass windows. The Priory offers a cuisine that has a Creole/Cajun influence, while also providing a Southern touch to its dishes. A sumptuous daily buffet lunch is offered each weekday in the adjacent Atrium of St. Joseph Plaza. Each Tuesday and Thursday a delicious soul food menu is featured. A pianist provides entertainment for guests during lunch.

The Atrium at The Priory Restaurant is also home to several music series featuring local and national artist. Friday Night Jazz offers a weekly after-work series of performances for jazz aficionados. Inspirational music is offered monthly at the Gourmet Gospel concert series. Sundays feature a popular Sunday Jazz Brunch beneath the soaring gothic arches of the former church that is a popular destination after church.
